Air Force Reserve Lt. Col. David Ferguson and Tech. Sgt. Brigid Dye perform medical care to a simulated patient on a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft during an operational readiness exercise near Charleston, S.C., Nov. 17, 2018. The exercise provided the 315th Operations Group with hands-on training in a variety of airlift and aeromedical evacuation tactics during simulated combat events.
