YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 3, 2018)-The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) undocks at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka during part of a scheduled repair and maintenance period Dec. 3, 2018. This marked an important milestone for the ship’s repair work in the dock that began from Nov. 13, 2017. The installation provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
