Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Graham, the senior enlisted advisor for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, presents the trophies to the winners of the 20th CBRNE Command’s Best Warrior Competition during the award ceremony on June 23, 2016, at the Stark Recreation Center in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. “I was always the happiest when my Soldiers succeeded,” said Graham. He will retire after 31 years of military service during a ceremony on Dec. 14.
