Artifacts from the Great White Fleet that sailed from Norfolk on December 16, 1907 are on display at building H9, located aboard Naval Station Norfolk. The facility houses the special collections, artifact storage and processing areas, and archives for the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. The facility is located across the street from McClure Field, the second oldest brick baseball stadium in the nation. The annex building hosts its History at H9 presentations throughout the year for area commands on a variety of historical topics, and provides research assistance by appointment.
