U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Coleman Wolfe with the 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment, Texas Army National Guard, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), gives instruction on infantry tactics and procedures to Djiboutian soldiers with the Rapid Intervention Battalion (RIB) outside Djibouti City, Djibouti, Dec. 18, 2018. The RIB is a Djiboutian army elite military force crisis response unit.
