U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Coleman Wolfe with the 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment, Texas Army National Guard, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), gives instruction on infantry tactics and procedures to Djiboutian soldiers with the Rapid Intervention Battalion (RIB) outside Djibouti City, Djibouti, Dec. 18, 2018. The RIB is a Djiboutian army elite military force crisis response unit. The mission of the 1-141 IN is to rapidly deploy in response to any crisis threatening U.S. personnel or property throughout CJTF-HOA, and to contribute to international efforts to enhance security and stability in East Africa by providing security force assistance and fostering the capabilities of partner nations.(U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
