The ship’s bell from the USS Wisconsin (BB 64) is stored on-site at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. The Wisconsin, a Iowa-Class Battleship, is currently moored next to the museum as a museum ship. The ship’s bell is one of the larger artifacts that will be relocated back to the Naval History and Heritage Command’s curator branch in preparation for the installation of the museum’s new exhibit, which chronicles the US Navy’s involvement in the Vietnam War.
