YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 8, 2018) – A Yap State Police Force Officer, right, practices handcuffing techniques with a U.S. Marine, part of the Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, at the Yap Medical Center, Dec. 8. The detachment conducted the training to expand the Yap Police Force’s law enforcement knowledge and reinforce their abilities to stop crime on the island. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
