    YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 11, 2018) – U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Thomas McDonald, front, demonstrates a takedown with Cpl. Stephen Reagin, both military policemen with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, during a noncompliant handcuffing techniques practical application class taught to police officers and firefighters with Yap State Police Force, at the Yap Sports Complex Center, Dec. 11. The Law Enforcement detachment conducted this training to boost the knowledge of the Yap Police Force in hopes to strengthen their abilities to stop crime on the island of Yap. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
