    Delaware Army National Guard Capt. Matt Cullen, 137th Airlift Squadron C-17 pilot, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., talk on the ramp of a C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 11, 2019, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Five vehicles and team members were airlifted to Florida to support the Florida National Guard during a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
