The Delaware National Guard's 31st Civil Support Team, Weapons of Mass Destruction headquartered in Smyrna, Del., were airlifted to Florida by a C-17 assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., to support a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
