Ryan Stanich, 137th Airlift Squadron C-17 loadmaster, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., marshals a vehicle backing up on the DOMOPS Airlift Modular Approach Shoring Jan. 11, 2019, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The Delaware National Guard's 31st Civil Support Team, Weapons of Mass Destruction headquartered in Smyrna, Del., were airlifted to Florida by a C-17 assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., to support a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
