190115-N-XX082-0008 MONTEREY, Calif. (January 15, 2019) Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Michalowicz is the executive officer at Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Monterey. Traditionally, the commanding and executive officers (XO) at IWTC Monterey have always been cryptologic warfare officers. This, however, changed in February of 2018 when Michalowicz, an intelligence officer, was cross-detailed to serve as XO in a cryptologic warfare billet.
