VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Jan. 24, 2019) — During the playing of the United States and British national anthems, the official party stood during the Naval Ocean Processing Facility (NOPF), Dam Neck, ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the expansion of the facility and its capabilities. The mission of NOPF, Dam Neck is to conduct continuous maritime surveillance in the Atlantic in support of the homeland security of both nations and fleet operations.
