U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Roger Ramos, a communication planner with Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Directorate of Air and Cyberspace Operations, works with Philippine Air Force Capt. Genimar Javier, commander, 547th Communications Electronic Informations Systems Squadron, to set up a tactical satellite antenna during Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. The antenna will be used to connect to the 613th Air Operations Center located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters PACAF.
