The Provider Café Dining Facility is competing for the title of Best Dining Facility in the U.S. Army after winning Best Dining Facility on Fort Bragg, N.C., November 13, 2018. Paratroopers assigned to the 223rd Field Feeding Company, Special Troops Battalion, Sustainment Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division are slated to compete for Philip A. Connelly Awards best Dining Facility in the U.S. Army, February 23, 2019. This is the Provider Cafe's third time winning Best Dining Facility on Fort Bragg, N.C., said Sgt. 1st Class Rashid Green, the dining facility manager assigned to 223rd Co, STB, 82nd ADSB. The Philip A. Connelly Awards was established in 1968 to recognize excellence in the Army Food Service. The competition was named after Philip A. Connelly, former President of the International Food Service Executives Association.
