Command Chief Master Sgt. Betty L. G. Morgan poses for an official photo. Morgan was the first African American and first female Command Chief for the 165th Airlift Wing. Morgan also went on to serve as the first African American Female to serve as the Command Chief for the Georgia Air National Guard.
