VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Feb. 8, 2019) Culinary Specialist Seaman Apprentice Eric Skilang, from Killeen, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, melts butter for a dish in the notional restaurant his team created during the training. Ford Sailors participated in Chef Jacoby Ponder's first Chefpreneur Academy at Stratford University, where they learned skills in cooking, marketing and creating a business.
