Col. Bruce Antonia, 4th Infantry Division chief of staff, addresses Fort Carson and 4th Infantry Division friends, family, and soldiers in attendance for the welcome and farewell ceremony held at the 4th Infantry Division headquarters building on Jan. 4. During his welcome speech, Antonia addressed the commanders and staff in attendance saying, "you have my word that I will shoulder more than my share of the task, whatever it may be 100% and then some."
