Water from Little Indian Creek covers River View Road in Jamestown, Ky., Feb. 14, 2019. Water discharging from Wolf Creek Dam on the Cumberland River at a rate of 30,600 cubic feet per second caused the creek to back up to the roadway. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is working with the Louisville District, state and local officials to install a temporary flood wall to protect the roadway as Wolf Creek Dam prepares to increase discharges as soon as conditions allow.
