190220-N-IK388-0033 NORFOLK (Feb. 20, 2019) For demonstration purposes only, a U.S. Navy Sailor, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103), models the flame-resistant, two-piece organizational clothing prototype navy blue variant.
U.S. Fleet Forces Command will conduct a second test of the prototype later this year. The goal of the initiative is to provide a no-cost, safe, and comfortable organizational clothing option to the improved, flame-resistant variant (IFRV) coverall.
