U.S. Southern Command’s senior enlisted leader, U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Bryan K. Zickefoose, addresses the attendees of an opening ceremony for the Advance Joint Special Operations Forces NCO Course, held in Tolemaida, Colombia, March. 4, 2019. The course is a significant step to implement NCO professional development within U.S. Southern Command’s Area of Responsibility and will provide training through a carefully selected curriculum that hopes to bridge the gap between officer and NCO.
