Service members and Department of Defense civilians pose for a photo after receiving awards for their outstanding contracting performances from key leaders of the 408th Contracting Support Brigade, Defense Contracting Management Agency, Army Contracting Command, during a town hall and recognition event Feb. 8. The key leaders expressed their appreciation to all of the contracting representatives and discussed issues and concerns within the contracting command. Contractors write, analyze and award contracts within Third Army’s area of responsibility. With visits like these, 408th Contracting Support Brigade ensures all of Third Army’s partner nations within its AOR are knowledgeable on current contracting policies and procedures.
