Col. Jason Janaros, 37th Training Wing, commander, speaks with Tim Woliver, Lt Col USAF Ret., Office of Military & Veteran Affairs, assistant to the director, prior to the Tribute to Freedom sculpture grand opening, Mar. 27, 2019, at the corner of U.S. Highway 90 and Military Drive.
