Two non-commissioned officer students pparticipate in a medication skills station during the Tactical Combat Medical Care (TCMC) Course; students prescribe, draw-up and administer medication to training mannequins during various trauma scenarios.
The TCMC Program envisions, designs, educates, and trains deploying Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses and Senior Medical NCOs in combat casualty care and
employment of austere damage control surgical and resuscitation teams. The TCMC resident course is 5 days, conducted at JBSA-FSH. TCMC gives a practical working knowledge of how to treat a wounded casualty in a combat environment from point of injury through Role I-II.
