190405-N-XT039-1054 SAN DIEGO (Apr. 5, 2019) Lt. Andrew Campos, a Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) assigned to Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), presents a SMWDC 101 brief to students of the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy during a lecture. The Eisenhower School prepares select military officers and civilians for strategic leadership and success in developing national security strategy and in evaluating, marshaling, and managing resources in the execution of that strategy. The Navy established SMWDC as one of five warfighting development centers in 2015 to align and synchronize the Fleet’s warfighting efforts across surface, undersea, air, information, and expeditionary domains.
