Maj. Robert A. Kneeland, the Commanding Officer of 45th Medical Company (Air Ambulance) (45th Med. Co. (AA) is deployed as part of Multi National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of government reforms and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
