190414-N-SA412-3076 SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 14, 2019) - Sailors position a RIM-7P missile for loading into a NATO Sea Sparrow surface missile system on the aft missile deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp, flagship of Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
