Iraqi police conduct a head count and search of detainees at Joint Security Station Falcon, Ar Ramadi, Iraq, July 14. Iraqi police work side by side with Marines of 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, 3rd Infantry Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, in Southern Ramadi providing security in the area. Second Battalion, 5th Marines is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
