U.S. Navy Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Benjamin Williams, from Murfreesboro, Tenn., is sprayed with oleoresin capsicum aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) during a security force qualification course in the Gulf of Oman, April 15, 2019.
