U.S. Navy Sonar Technician (Surface) 1st Class Joshua Tracey, from Albuquerque, N.M., grills kebabs during a steel beach picnic on the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) in the Indian Ocean, April 13, 2019. The First Class Petty Officer Association hosted the picnic to celebrate the Stockdale’s 10th anniversary of commissioning. The Stockdale is forward deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet are of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
