The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Zulamet Vega-Liriano, civil engineer started her career with the Corps eight years ago. She chose the Jacksonville District, because of its vision, “Team of Professionals Making Tomorrow Better” the phrase “making tomorrow better” she said should be a common goal for everyone.
