NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 7, 2019) Lt. Cmdr. Justin Jaymes, from Marion, North Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) reactor department, receives his engineering officer of the watch ball cap from Capt. John J. Cummings, Ford's commanding officer, at a designation ceremony in the ship's in port cabin.
