NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 8, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Eddie Frazier, from Chicago, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) deck department, reads out of an anchoring procedure book while training for sea and anchor evolutions in the ship's forecastle.
