FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (May 10, 2019) – Brian Seay holds the John Adolphus Dahlgren Award moments after receiving it from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) leadership at the command’s annual honor awards ceremony. The award was granted to Seay for his innovative technical contributions and proven ability as a director. Seay was recognized for his ability to organize, motivate, develop strategies and lead teams to meet complex combat system goals while adjusting to continuously changing requirements, schedules and budgets.
