During the Combat Lifesaver Course, aboard Forward Operating Base Delaram II, March 7-9, Navy Corpsmen teach Marines of Regimental Combat Team 6 medical procedures such as how to splint limbs. The CLS is not only designed to teach standard battlefield medicine, but also to teach the individuals to think about different ways to do thing. “One way isn’t the only was,” Petty Officer 2nd Class Antonio Saenz said.
