During the Combat Lifesaver Course, aboard Forward Operating Base Delaram II, March 7-9, Navy Corpsmen teach Marines of Regimental Combat Team 6 medical procedures such as stabilizing and moving injured personnel. Simulated neck injuries are an important part of the course, if an injury was not seen it is always assumed there is possible neck or spinal trauma.
