22 Naval Construction Regiment (NCR) Commodore Cameron Geertsema (white hat in center) is briefed by exercise Resolute Castle 19 Task Force North staff and the Army forward engineer support team (FEST) during a visit to the Drawsko Pormorskie Training Area (DPTA) May 21, 2019. NMCB 133 Officer in Charge Lt. j.g. Joseph Yokoi (right of Capt. Geertsema) briefed the commodore on the work his Seabees are completing at DPTA. 22 NCR and 7 NCR are exercising command and control over exercise elements. Resolute Castle 19 is a U.S. Army Europe led, multinational, joint exercise which marries U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard, as well as allied and partner nation engineering unit training opportunities with the completion of tangible construction projects that enhance training capabilities in various areas of NATO’s eastern member states.
