U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Command Chaplain (Col.) Raymond Alford Robinson, Jr. talks with Executive Office Administrative Assistant Vickie Cummings during his May 29 visit to Honolulu District headquarters and project offices. Chaplain Robinson talked with employees about his role in USACE as well as the availability of chaplain support services. The USACE Chaplain's Office provides USACE with comprehensive religious support for Soldiers, DoD Civilians, contractors and family members. Chaplain Robinson coordinates with the Family Readiness Groups Directorates to assist in developing programs, training, and selection of materials and is a primary member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Team.
