First Lt. Berni J. Davis, Commander of the 191st HHC, was promoted to the rank of captain at the Osborne Hall on Fort Douglas in Salt Lake City, Utah, on March 11. Davis, a native of West Valley City, Utah, first joined the U.S. Army Reserves as an enlisted Soldier 12 years ago. In 2008, she received her commission as an officer and soon joined the 191st CSSB as HHC commander. She has been married to her husband, Adam, for three years.
