As the acting reserve recruiter, he oversees the local Palace Chase and Palace Front programs offered to active duty officers and enlisted members, giving them the opportunity to transfer from active duty to a reserve component. Palace Chase is specifically for active duty members with time yet to serve on their service commitment.
