Spc. Yaroslav Sergei Dmytrochenko (third from right, front row) raises his hand for the second time in his military career, this time to take his Oath of Naturalization. Spc. Dmytrochenko moved to St. Cloud, Minn., in 2003 from Ukraine and joined the Minnesota National Guard right after high school wanting to serve. He deployed to Kuwait as a Ukrainian citizen with the Sauk Centre, Minn., based Charlie Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor of the 1/34th Brigade Combat Team.
