Staff Sgt. Paul Scarlett, infantryman, Honor Guard Company, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), finishes a 12-mile foot march in under three hours in order to earn his Expert Infantrymen Badge, March 23, at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. The foot march was the final event in a week long course which tested tactical and technical infantrymen skills.
