A U.S. Soldier with U.S. Army’s 173rd Airborne Brigade executes a timed marksmanship range during exercise Long Precision 2019 in Uceda, Spain, June 10, 2019. U.S. Marine Corps snipers with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, trained alongside snipers from Spain, Italy, France, and 173rd Airborne Brigade during Long Precision to increase their proficiency and multilateral interoperability. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is deployed to conduct crisis-response and theater-security operations in Africa and promote regional stability by conducting military-to-military training exercises throughout Europe and Africa.
