Russell O'Neill (right), assigned to 891st Forward Support Company, June 2, a top of pallets of water that are ready to be distributed to communities in Kansas devastated by flooding in the month of May. O'Neill was one of two National Guardsmen from the 891st FSC who decided to re-enlist after volunteering to conduct support missions to help their fellow Kansans.
