Resident Engineer Steven Kelley and U.S. Army Col. Phillip Secrist, assigned to the Mosul Dam Task Force, conduct a tour of the Mosul dam in Mosul, Iraq, June 14, 2019. The Mosul Dam Project started in 2016 headed by the Iraq Ministry of Water Resources, in an effort to stabilize the infrastructure of the Mosul Dam.
