Ethan English, from Ozona, Texas, patrol officer assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 3, oversees the underway crew swap aboard a MKVI patrol boat during unit level training provided by Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1 Training and Evaluation Unit.
