Air Force Staff Sgt. Jose Castillo works in his "iFly" program, March 28, in the 537th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The wall of patches behind him has been collected throughout his career and, for him, represent his commitment to his job. Castillo serves as the aviation resource management non-commissioned officer-in-charge. While serving there, he created "iFly,” which tracks training for pilots.
