Sgt. Gregory Foster and Pfc. Tyler Lancaster retire the colors during the re-dedication ceremony for the Victory Monument on Chicago's Southside. The monument was renovated through the World War I Centennial Commission's 100 Cities project. It honors the service of the Illinois Army National Guard's famed all African-American 8th Infantry Regiment.
