Petty Officer 1st Class Travis Chapman smiles as he is named best trainer of phase one; he was named after daily quarters aboard the U.S. Coast Guard tall ship Eagle June 16, 2019 near Rouen, France. Every phase the cadets vote and designate one permanent party crewmember the best instructor of that phase, Machinery Technician 1st Class Chapman got the title on the 1st phase of Summer Tour 2019.
