Airmen and soldiers load cargo containers onto flatbed trailers at the forward node of a Joint Task Force-Port Opening March 29, 2012. The JTF-PO, which was comprised of more than 140 active-duty Army soldiers and Air National Guardsmen, was staged at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., as part of Eagle Flag, a U.S. Air Force-sponsored exercise to prepare units for operating in deployed environments. U.S. Transportation Command evaluated the Kentucky Air Guard's 123rd Contingency Response Group during the weeklong exercise.
