PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 11, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, NMCB-5 and Naval Construction Group 1 coordinate the installation of 240 24-volt battery charging reels for Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE).
